IWD 2022 | expression of interest
Join us at our annual celebration of all things First Nations, Gender Diverse and Women of Colour.
When: Sunday, 27th March 9-5pm.
Where: online or unceded Gadigal land
Who: First Nations, Gender Diverse and Women of Colour
What: A day-long exploration into how communities of colour continue to survive and thrive despite pandemic-related restrictions, White supremacy and heteropatriarchy.
Project timelines:
- (optional) 2 x Q&A session for anyone with access needs or questions August 17th & 21st @ 7-7.30pm
- September 4th @ 11.59pm AEST - applications due
- Early-Nov applicants notified
- November Zoom meet & greet
- February pre-event brunch
- Sunday March 27th 9-5pm adults’ IWD
- The Girls’ Edit weekday date TBC in March
In the following application you will be required to submit:
- demographic data (age, gender, location etc)
- an unpacking of the theme 'only abundance' in relation to your work
- a 90-120 min workshop proposal
- an agreement to the Memorandum of Understanding
